Try logging in using "Incognito Style" in Google Chrome.

Finally was able to login after talking to back up...

From what i was told was because i'yard a PREPAID costumer the link between systems is no longer working and i demand to log in through the pre-paid site. https://prepaid.t-mobile.com/home
Finally was able to login afterwards talking to support...

I was having trouble creating an account as a new user. I tried support both in chat and on the telephone, both told me bullshit about "oh information technology'due south existence resolved, try tomorrow". Unsurprisingly, it did non work "tomorrow".

Tried the app which wasn't ready for me, which sent me to the principal tmobile site and I've been trying to login over there. But followed this direction and was able to go in.

Beingness a postpaid customer, I got the same mistake on Firefox and tried using chrome (without incognito mode )and it worked.
I assume that somehow something is within Firefox temp. cache which prevented the site to open.
Same issue here. Ugh!!! I'thou postpaid and I take tried all the links that are mentioned! Then frustrating!!!!

That's what I get when I effort to acquaintance my new Cyberspace gateway'south phone number with my T-Mobile business relationship. Stayed on phone with Philipines for over ½ hr and got nowhere. Tried to chat but nobody was replying in the chat. They need an email business relationship y'all can transport the specifics of the problem to then they tin can then call you or email you with solution to the upshot. Part of the trouble is my phone is on a separate TMobile account which my wife prepare up, but the habitation internet is under an business relationship I ready upwards, using another email address to keep downwards the defoliation….but patently it still confusing their system. But...the gateway works great...and that'southward the most important function I guess...xx times meliorate than my old AT&T DSL connectedness which I'll be getting rid of at present! Thank you TMobile !!!
Nosotros are dorsum again at the F451 fault. The https://prepaid.t-mobile.com/dwelling links does not help anymore, as trying to login in that location will lead you to https://account.t-mobile.com/ which now can link both prepaid and postpaid accounts under the aforementioned 1 ID and login.
This used to work in February, and now it's back to errors for many days. I can't even login from my pre-paid programme iPhone itself, neither in systems setting or the T-Mobile app. Every bit usual, but the pre-paid accounts fail, of which I have 2. My one post-paid home net account remains accessible. Same issue for any browser I tried.
I don't know what's going on with T-Mobile's IT, simply this has been an embarrassing mess for years. I have been following it. <rolling my eyes>
